We want you to love your NutriBullet experience, but if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. All returns must be in their original packaging and include all accessories and components.

Initiate Your Return

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Pack Your Item

Carefully place the NutriBullet unit and all accessories back into the original box, ensuring the product is clean and securely padded for transport.

Attach Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

Drop Off and Refund

Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once our warehouse receives and inspects the unit, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
